Our Focus
IT Governance and Management.
To govern is to drive. If it’s a car, you have to be able to take it to the left, to the right, to accelerate or brake it. With such capabilities, any system that has a steering wheel, accelerator and brake has the possibility of being governed. Providing such capabilities is the fundamental step towards making the system governable. To be able to direct you to the desired goal.
Governing a company or a part of it, such as the IT area, follows the same logic. Three problems, if well resolved, make it possible to govern IT well: maximizing results, optimizing the use of resources and optimizing risks (threats and opportunities).
Ontology – Data Structuring Approach
We all know that our freedom of movement, whether physical or mental, is conditioned by our ability to see. Eyes and other ways of capturing images provide us with the present, past and future situation of the environment in which we are inserted, allowing us to govern our lives. As the aspects that concern our daily life are multiple, so are multiples the categories of facts and things with which we work. Organizing them in order to reflect their interrelationships as observed in our reality is the object of ontology.
Ontologically organized data environments are naturally integrated. As they mirror the semantic rules that interrelate them, they are naturally consistent and have the potential for inference, which allows the generation of new data, not stored by the normal way of capturing.
Information Systems Development
It is an effort to diagnose the organizational process(es) for which the objective is to provide operational, managerial and/or strategic gains, proposal for an action plan, project and construction of the solution system.
The final product(s) will be applications that can be used inside and outside the organization, by internal personnel, suppliers and customers. The search for the integration of the activities of the several organizational processes is a continuous focus of the developers, in view of the favorable relation to the benefits over the costs. The best available technologies will be considered and will be included in the proposal.
